Owner, Physical Therapist

Dr. Kelly Hebert-Ruggio, DPT

Kelly was born and raised in the southern New Hampshire area and earned her Bachelors of Kinesiology from the University of New Hampshire in 2000. She then went on to earn her a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy at Franklin Pierce University in 2006. Kelly has spent the early part of her career working in orthopedics and aquatic therapy in the greater Boston area. She has worked as a travel/contract physical therapist in the Chicagoland area where she diversified herself in the field of physical therapy. Kelly gained experience at a variety of physical therapy settings to include acute rehabilitation, outpatient orthopedic/neurological, pediatrics, and geriatric rehabilitation. She returned to her home state of New Hampshire in 2015 and worked at local nursing home as well as an outpatient hospital-based clinic in Manchester, NH. Kelly enjoys treating patient of all ages with orthopedic and neurological/vestibular conditions as well as post-operative diagnoses. Kelly is the owner and founder of Back to Balance Physical Therapy.

Dr. Eric O’Connell, DC, CCSP, CSCS

Dr. Eric O'Connell is the owner of Progressive Spine & Rehab Center, a sports chiropractic and massage therapy clinic located in Manchester, NH. He specializes in the evaluation and diagnosis of sports injuries, as well as general aches and pains, which prevent us from being active in our lives. As a sports chiropractor, his emphasis is on the spine and appropriate bodily movement. We are excited to work in collaboration with Dr. Kelly to help provide each and every patient form a well-rounded plan to "Get Better faster and Stay Better Longer!"

Massage Therapist - Independent contractor

Brianna Morris, LMT

Brianna was born in a small town in upstate New York. Earned a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training at Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts in 2019. Then went on to get her license as a Massage therapist at Center for Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy in 2021.

Sarah Rak, LMT

Sarah started her post-high school education in Athletic Training and then shifted fields to get her license in massage therapy from North Eastern Institute of Whole Health in Manchester. She immediately got involved with the VA Community Care program and has been working almost exclusively with veterans since July of 2019. She describes her work as "very rewarding to give back to those who gave so much more."

Sarah works collaboratively with patients with chronic pain to alleviate discomfort and encourages them to continue to engage in activities and hobbies they enjoy even while dealing with chronic pain. Sarah's style is a mix of deep tissue and Swedish with a goal of each session to help patients with tired, stiff, or achy muscles to relax and experience relief of symptoms.

Outside of her clinical work, you'll probably find her at a local high school field refereeing women's lacrosse and field hockey throughout NH. She's been an official since 2011 and loves being able to stay engaged with the sports she grew up playing. She also enjoys riding mixed-surface gravel, trail running, and weightlifting. She resides in Concord with her husband Spencer, a NHANG veteran, and their two cats

 

Physical Therapist Assistant

Andrew Garbino

Andrew was born and raised in Massachusetts and attended Plymouth State University earning a bachelor's degree in Sport and Exercise physiology in 2014. He spent a couple of years working as a personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach before moving to Seattle to pursue a career as a physical therapy assistant. In 2020 Andrew returned home to New England with his wife and went on to earn a Doctorate in Physical therapy from the University of Findlay in 2023. 

Andrew enjoys treating patients of all ages with orthopedic conditions and postoperative diagnosis. He is passionate about working with active individuals and athletes to help them maintain athletic performance and keep them doing the things they love.

In his spare time you may find him teaching classes at the CrossFit gym, playing ice hockey, riding his motorcycle, or walking the trails with his two Australian cattle dogs.
